We began with a washed Guatemalan Red Bourbon coffee with pronounced chocolate and caramel, then balanced it with a beautiful natural processed coffee from the Aricha Kebele washing station in Ethiopia. The juiciness and fruit forward notes of the Ethiopian are the perfect match for the Guatemalan’s classic flavor profile, resulting in an exciting cup that is also easy to drink.
